Owned and grew a €10M+ delivery P&L

Regional Professional Services for DACH at an asset-finance software vendor (White Clarke Group, now Solifi): grew the delivery portfolio from ~€7M to €10M+, on-time and on-budget across Cloud/SaaS (AWS) and on-premise, with +20% service revenue through account expansion and new engagement models.

Directed transformation programmes across EMEA and US

Digital transformation and cloud migration in auto-finance and lending, teams of 30-60: greenfield SaaS implementations, legacy-to-cloud upgrades, front-office (originations) and back-office (contract management) deployments - for two of the top-5 European auto manufacturers and leading DACH / UK banks.

Built a PMO from scratch at a Shell joint venture

Established and scaled the IT PMO and portfolio governance at Salym Petroleum (Royal Dutch Shell JV): 30+ concurrent implementations governed on a €2M portfolio, with delivery discipline that outlived my tenure.

Authored the delivery framework a whole PS organization runs on

Wrote the simplified PMI-based project management framework for Solifi Professional Services and drove its organization-wide rollout - standardizing how a scalable software services business runs delivery.

THE AI PART, HONESTLY

What I actually do with AI

  • Agentic coding tools (Claude Code, Codex) in daily delivery and analysis work - 30-50% faster analysis and documentation turnaround, measured on my own workflows.
  • MCP integrations I built myself and run in production for my own use - not a demo, plumbing included.
  • Multi-agent workflows for analysis, review and documentation - at work and across personal projects.
  • First-hand judgment on where AI safely accelerates regulated BFSI delivery - and where it does not.

What I won't claim

  • I'm not an ML engineer and don't pretend to be one.
  • I haven't led an enterprise-scale AI transformation - yet. I've built the judgment to run one without buying the hype.
  • No "10x" promises. The honest number is above, and it's mine.

That judgment is what I bring to organizations that want AI in their delivery, not just in their marketing.
